This is pretty cool…

OK, completely unrelated to anything design or developy but I thought this was pretty awesome. I also thought screw you, this is our blog and we’ll post what we want.

Found on Film Drunk – “Meet Damien Walters”.  He’s a Hollywood stuntman. He recently did the stunts for the upcoming Kick-Ass, Mathew Vaughan’s supposedly hyper-violent comic-book adaptation starring Nic Cage.  In the video, Walters pulls off some moves that you would only think possible if you lived in The Matrix.”

I reckon if you listened real close when you were standing next to him you could hear his joints scrape when he moves.

Google Wave. What email would look like if it was invented today.

Just came across this post on TechCrunch touting Google’s “Wave” communication project. Pioneered by 3 members of Google’s Australian team.

The article goes on to say - ”Everyone uses email and instant messaging on the web now, but imagine if you could tie those two forms of communication together and add a load of functionality on top of it. At its most fundamental form, that’s essentially what Wave is. Developed by brothers Lars and Jens Rasmussen and Stephanie Hannon out of Google’s Sydney, Australia offices, Wave was born out of the idea that email and instant messaging, as successful as they still are, were both created a very long time ago. We now have a much more robust web full of content and brimming with a desire to share stuff. Or as Lars Rasumussen put it, “Wave is what email would look like if it were invented today.”
